As Founder and CEO of Rescor Group, Wayne DeCoste leads a security firm dedicated to advancing the standard of executive protection for corporate leaders, global families, and private organizations. With more than 15 years of international experience, he has developed and led programs that prioritize discretion, continuity, and a deep understanding of each client’s risk landscape.

Throughout his career, Wayne has built protection programs for dozens of world leaders, including numerous Fortune 10 executives. He has advised family offices on estate security and emergency planning, and has led close protection operations in more than 30 countries across multiple continents, supporting clients in both developed and emerging markets. His expertise includes establishing embedded teams, securing international travel, and managing complex environments with a focus on protecting people and preserving privacy.

Wayne holds a Master’s Degree in Security Management, is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and maintains corporate security licenses in numerous states around the country.
